2. Hosting and server log files

When you visit this website, our hosting provider automatically processes technical data (IP address, date and time, browser, operating system, requested page) to deliver the website and ensure its security. Legal basis: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Logs are deleted after a short period.

3. Partner restaurant requests

Data you send us by email (such as your name, restaurant, city and message) is used only to handle your enquiry. Legal basis: pre-contractual measures (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Data is deleted once no longer needed, unless statutory retention periods apply.

4. Cookies and local storage

We only store your cookie choice in your browser. Optional analytics are used only with your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, § 165(3) TKG 2021). Details: Cookie Policy.

5. Payments in the app

Donations in the app are processed by Stripe Payments Europe Ltd. (Ireland), including Apple Pay and Google Pay. We do not store your card details. See stripe.com/privacy.

6. Recipients and transfers to third countries

We share data only with processors bound by Art. 28 GDPR. Where data is transferred outside the EU/EEA, this is based on an adequacy decision or EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

7. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, objection and to withdraw consent at any time. Contact us at privacy@pomodo.app. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Austrian Data Protection Authority (dsb.gv.at) or the supervisory authority in your country.
